Yes, it's Sunday and we're headed back home. I woke up at 11:30 today which was not cool because I had planned on doing all of my homework since we were supposed to leave at three. I spent what little time I had left of the morning putting my last load of clothes on the wash and doing one assignment for my speech class. On the bright side, I learned that I made a 100 on both my first speech and my first test. Oh, and they put in my AP scores which came out to 28 hours which means that I can have my BA in three years. Sweet!
Anyways, I went to get my haircut today and while I was waiting, there was a very rotund man sitting next to me - smacking. I was about to punch him in the face, but as I pulled my fist back in my imagination, I realized it was Blake's dad. In other words, a selfish, ignorant asshole with an obnoxious smacking problem. PS, his dad doesn't know I exist, at least not at his boyfriend. It's a long story and maybe I'll tell you later. But, for now, all that's important is that I finally got my haircut. Good day so far.
While I was at the barber, my mom and sister had been at Walmart going ape shit buying me things I didn't really need, like a kitchen set. Although, I did get a Swiffer so now I can finally clean up my room and the bathroom and the hallway in my suite because quite frankly, they are disgusting. Oh, and I got some of the chocolate brownie Clif bars, my favorite. Once I got back to the house, I quickly packed everything I had brought down plus the extra goodies that I had acquired and played the waiting game for Blake to arrive.
Tina came to the house all prepared at 2:45 and we had to sit around for another thirty minutes while someone took his sweet time. No, he was running late for a good reason but by the time he got there, we had to spend another thirty minutes trying to pack his tiny ass BMW for the road. We finally managed and the only person in danger was Tina with a pile of suitcases waiting to cascade upon her at any given right turn. We pulled out of the driveway at 3:45, made a quick stop by Sonic for lunch and happy hour (I got a route 44 watermelon slush that lasted me the whole trip), and we were finally on the road back by 4.
We spent the majority of the car ride studying for our psychology test on Monday and altogether having a good time. Blake stopped at Dairy Queen for a Blizzard and we were back on campus at 7:15. It took Blake and I four trips to unload our stuff from his car and by the time we were finished unpacking, cleaning, and making our beds, it was practically 9:30. We then made a quick trip to Subway which happened to be right next to a Little Caesar's so I ran inside for some krazy bread. If you've never had krazy bread, believe me, you are one unfortunate soul. Well Blake finally went to bed, and I've stayed up until 1 to study.
